Hey Loves!
I had an opportunity to hang out with a pretty rad brand this week. Saint Louis based brand Fauxgerty made it's debut in NYC and during none other than Fashion Week. They hosted the "Hotbox Lounge" in Downtown Manhattan. Even though the forecast called for snow (which it did just that) I still wanted to make it out for some tea and miso soup. YES! I said miso soup! I was excited to see their line in person also. The day before the event, I stalked Fauxgerty's website, insta and everything else they had. Fauxgerty is a cruelty-free brand which sports phrases like "Herbivore" or "Carnivores For Herbivores" across their sweatshirts. BUT that's not all. They also have unique pieces. When I say unique, I mean hand painted designs on their jackets by Megan. Megan is one half of the Fauxgerty team. Megan and Chrissy (the other 1/2 of this awesome duo) are super down to earth. I loved chatting it up with them and discussing their designs and brand.
There are a few items missing from the racks because eventually people couldn't help themselves and they NEEDED to try things on. I kept eyeing up their "Swazey" jacket which was in this perfect mustard color. My boyfriend may kill me BUT I think I need to add it to my closet. You'll see how perfect it is.......... keep scrolling.

See! I told you this jacket is amazing. Photographer Elizabeth Wiseman (WisemanPhoto.com) was on hand snapping away these stunning photos. Seriously, she was on point with the poses!
