By the way, this is for the Scrapbooking Circle series. We are to create in a rotation basis for each of our design team mates. Without further a due, let me share with you a simple step-by-step I created for my layout.

For this layout, I chose the 12x12 "Family Potraits" paper. I cut it to 8"x10". Next I "sliced' open the lace at the bottom with the intention to layer the fussy cut flower for a dimension.

Next, I used a doily to mask the background. The spritzed doily I used as part of my layering too.
I placed the doily into the lace insert and followed by the fussy cut flower. I used foam dots to pop up the page as I will be layering more papers just under the flower.
Here are my layering of papers and corrugated board.
Once I am happy with the position, I stuck Donna's beautiful photos on top of the corrugated board. Next, I used the Mix'd Media Inx to dab onto the chipboard. Once the chipboard is dried, I used the Smooch Glitz to give the glittery effect to the chipboard.
I also used the Smooch Pearlized Accent Ink to create dots onto the vines at the background paper.Ta daa... here's the completed layout...
