Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPN

By Jcchris
I have always love to include small photos on my projects. They are not only cute but they are perfect size for mini albums too. This time round, I chose to create a mini album of our traveling adventure to Osaka, Japan by featuring the latest travel collection called Here + There.
Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNSince this is a mini album about my travels to Japan, I had so much picking photos of places that we have visited. During the process, it brought back alot of great memories. Once the photos are done choosing, I went through the collection to search for patterned papers and embellishments that I can use for layering. And I also decided to use patterned papers as my base. Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNI wanted to keep the first page simple and more of a cover page. To give a little flavor to my cover page, I added that super cute tassel.

I used them repeatedly on each page to create a cohesive look.Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNFor this album, I kept the embellishments minimal too. Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNThe washi tapes that I adhered on the left side of this page sure gave the fun texture that I was going for! Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNThe best thing about a ring-bound book is that you can continue to add pages as you go along!Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNI absolutely love the idea of using the kraft cardstock as my photo base. That sure provided the contrast look on each page. Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNBy inking the edges of each page sure gave the crisp look to the album! Crate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNCrate Paper Design Team : Mini Album - JPNI had so much fun making these pages.
