Hello again! It's always good to be back here to share with you what I have created. This week we will be focusing on creative journaling. Journaling has always been an important part of my scrapbook layouts. Whether the journaling is long or short form, I will take some time to jot it out. Today, I would like to show you how I journal on my layout by using these cute embellishments in the Cute Girl collection.
My daughter celebrated her birthday with her friends last February and I thought it would be great to jot down what she is at the age of 4. I have a feeling this page might lead me to create the second page by using all these really cute embellishments too. We shall see :)
The journaling reads:Hello to my 4yo adorable & sweet girl.... at this age, you're still in love with unicorn & mermaid and I so love you for who you are. I believe in you. My only wish for you is to be the happiest girl in the whole wide world. Love, Mummy.
By placing the black scallop Puffy stickers in the page, it will help to put things in perspective and my daughter could some out read them out in the future. I have also included a lot of elements that she really loved i.e. her feline fur-brothers, ice-cream, flowers, butterfly, doll, etc. Another great way to remember all the little things she likes at this age!
By layering the white cardstock and stitching onto the "Rainbows" patterned paper really added so much fun colours to the layout!
I really had so much fun putting this page together! All the colorful elements are just perfect for a little girl like mine. Hope you are inspired to create this week. Have fun crafting! Xoxo Jessy
