A while back, my family was invited to a very special baby shower of a very good friends of ours from church. We gifted a foldable diaper mat for the couple and the crafter in me had to whip up the packaging for this precious parents-to-be! 
I must say that it was pretty simple to create a gift tag just by using minimal supplies. All I did was to snip some patterned paper and turned them into banners. Layered them together, adhered some fun stickers & sentiments - you are actually good to go! And of course that 4" gold foil alpha steals the show of the whole packaging! Simple but special :)
