Covergirl Intensify Me! Liquid Eyeliner Review, Swatches

By Apoorva @perksofbeauty

First of all, let me confess something! I love eyeliners and I love trying many variants especially the gel eyeliners and the kohl pencils. Although all the major beauty brands launched their own version of liquid eyeliners, there are very few that I really like the most. Even though I have some HG eyeliners, my interest to try new ones will never reduce. In pursuit of finding a better eyeliner, I decided to try the one from Covergirl. Let's see if it sticks to the claims. Also, I will try to share reviews of my HG eyeliners as much as possible.

About the Covergirl Intensify Me! Liquid Eyeliner:

Get the control of a pencil with the intensity of a liquid eyeliner for beautifully defined eyes every time. Our all-new paddle-shaped tip gives you two looks in one-thick and dramatic or thin and elegant. The intense black formula glides on smoothly and dries quickly for instant drama. Clinically tested, suitable eyeliner for sensitive eyes.

The price ranges from $6.99 there are various links provided on the website. you can get it here My experience:

I have the eyeliner in Intense Black and is also available in Emerald, Sapphire, Smoked Amber. I prefer wearing black eyeliner most of the days. Anyway coming to the review, this eyeliner has a consistency of a black sketch pen which I hate the most. It is not very dark and needs multiple layers to make it opaque. The applicator is weird too, it is like a thin flat tip which doesn't have any ease of applying the product. The fat side makes it worse to apply the winged style eyeliner. Getting a perfect cat-eye was next to impossible. The product applicator is tricky, maybe I am not using it right.

I am most bothered about it being spread on the fine lines of the skin. I really liked the packaging even though I didn't like using it. It is sleek, perfect for holding it between the fingers and draw lines. I wish the product had a little more pigmentation.
