Guys, Target may have created my dream dress. It's pink, shift-y, and adorable. I shall wear it all summer long. It dresses up perfectly for work and down for fun on the weekends (and I may have it in another pattern...)! I never really think to dig through Target's clothing options (chalk it up to DC's local target being an absolute zoo every second it's open), but I really should, because there are some cute things there!
Also, I don't know why it took me this long to buy a lighter colored blazer. They're so perfect for the warmer months when a jacket is still necessary. But they don't feel wintery. Perfect!
