Cookies with Nutella and chocolate chips

Yesterday, I had an interesting cookie recipe idea. So I decided to try this recipe that made it. Well it turns out some nice biscuits. You can certainly feel the taste of Nutella in it.

Ingredients :

80 g of soft butter
80 g Nutella
140 g of powdered sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
200 g. of flour
1 egg
100 g of chocolate chips, Weiss
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the Nutella, very gently.
In a bowl, whisk the egg with the powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar.
With a spatula, add the flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix until the batter is well-blended.
Gently stir the mixture of butter and Nutella.
Stir in lastly the chocolate chips, stirring gently to obtain a dough cookies uniform.
Cover baking sheets with baking paper.
Using a teaspoon, drop a small pile of dough and then flatten with the flat of the spoon.
Spacing the piles of 2 cm because the cookies will spread while cooking.
Bake for 10 minutes, watch in hand.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool the cookies before you take off with a spatula and place them on a plate to serve.
Bake other baking sheets until exhaustion of the paste, while monitoring that the cookies do not go too quickly in the mouth of the hungry…
