Hey Girls.. Here is one more entry from Chand.. Her entry name is S2.. She selected the theme: Party What she says about the look: A hurriedly rushed eye look for a party. Very simple yet sparkling shiny blue for a night party. I have used only pencil colors which does not require much effort in applying and blending.
