cold coffee recipe is really a wonderful try those who love coffee flavor in their desserts,Usually cold coffee recipe or coffee milkshake recipe is made with plain vanilla flavored icecream ,but here i used the chocolate flavored icecream loaded with dark chocolate chips.You can also individually add the the chocolate chips and make it more chocolaty.

The recipe calls for thick coffee decoction for the recipe,you can also use instant powder like me or make thick decoction using the ground coffee powder.Use ice cubes which makes the recipe more frothy and more chilled though we add a scoop of icecream to it.Be cautious while blending ,first give a pulse and then increase the speed.Top it with a scoop of icecream and dust it with coffee powder or cocoa powder on top and serve immediately.Try this simple yet delicious drink for this summer and let me know the results.

Ingredients

• boiled milk(in room temperature) - 100 ml
• instant coffee powder - 2 teaspoons
• water - 1/4 cup
• sugar - 3 teaspoons
• icecream - 2 scoops
• ice cubes - as needed
• coffee powder or cocoa powder - for dusting

Instructions

1. Boil the water in a sauce pan and add it in bowl having coffee powder and sugar.
2. Then Mix it well till the sugar dissolves.
   
3. Then take the blender and add it to the blender.then add milk ,icecubes and a scoop of icecream to it.
4. first give a pulse in the blender and then blend it till it froths and then remove it.
5. Then pour it to the serving glass and add another scoop of icecream on the top.
6. Dust it with cocoa powder or coffee powder to it and serve.
   
7. Serve immediately.
