this is so easy to make and i used instant coffee powder and agar agar granules for making this and you will need an hour to set this one.You can serve this with cold coffee or with any milkshakes you like.If you are a coffee lover like me,you definitely enjoy this one and make pieces according to your wish,it may be either big or small chunks to serve.I made little big bites and i served with chocolate milkshake and this tastes awesome and love the aroma it gives:)Lets move on making this one.,

jelly recipe using instant coffee powder
Ingredients
- instant coffee powder - 2 teaspoons
- water - as needed
- sugar - to taste
- agar agar - 2 teaspoon
- Boil water as you need and add coffee powder to it along with sugar and stir it in medium flame.
- meanwhile in a small bowl,add warm water and add agar agar to it.Wait for few minutes for softening.
- after that switch off the flame and remove the vessel from stove.Add the softened agar agar to it and keep on stirring.You will see it starts thickening and keep on stirring for a minute.
- Then pour the mixture in the disposable aluminium tin or any other mould you want.
- Set it in refrigerator for an hour and make slices.
- Serve this with chilled milk.
