The new Clynol Keratin Sleek range involves a four step process that promises your hair a super sleek and straight finish. What with my long-standing fight against the frizz, I was really excited to try these products and after following the steps below I was
Step 1 - Clynol Keratin Sleek Shampoo (£9.35, 300 ml) - Lather up! Cleansing the hair, eliminating frizz and forming a protective layer around each individual strand of hair making it much easier for the straightening process to take place.
Step 2 - Clynol Keratin Sleek Treatment (£10.65 200 ml) - Apply to towel dried hair, leave for 5-10 minutes to achieve best results (works best on coarse/frizzy hair - both of which I am lucky enough to have been 'blessed' with!) Rids your hair of any nasty tangles and leaves it feeling super soft!
Step 3 - Clynol Keratin Sleek Blow-drying Balm (£9.15 150 ml) - Massage through wet hair before blow drying in order to again ease the straightening process and add extra gloss to your hair.
Step 4 - Clynol Keratin Sleek Oil Potion (£10.40, 100 ml) - Apply a few drops into freshly blow-dried hair (make sure to avoid the roots) and see your hair gleam! Helps to really finish the look by adding that extra glossy sheen to your hair, making it appear as though you've just strolled out of the salon. Amazing!
I am so ridiculously impressed with these products! With my hair as long and thick as it is now, styling it straight is normally a lengthy (not to mention extremely frustrating) process - therefore most of the time I tend not to bother.
However, with the aid of the Clynol Keratin Sleek range, what was once a nightmare task has now become an absolute dream! I suffer so badly with frizz and what's even worse - the most horrendous tangles in my hair. The four step process involved in achieving this look though, eliminated these problems entirely.
My hair did indeed look and feel sleek, but not only that - it felt soft, nourished and super glamourous! I cannot wait to wear it like this on my next big night out as it is such a lovely change being able to achieve this look with minimal effort involved.
Each of the products on their own does a brilliant job, though I think combined they could probably be described as being the 'dream team' in the battle against unruly hair. If it's sleek you're after, then it is definitely sleek that you'll be getting!
