Ahhhh!!! Only 3 more doors after today! So what does the 4th to last polish look like?
It's "Fade to Greige". I love the name! It reminds me of Butter London's "Toff". It is kind of a dusty lilacy-greyish. I really like "Toff", so I'm guessing I will like this too! Not entirely sure I would call it "greige" though. There is a definite purplish tone to it. Regardless, I like the color in the bottle and I love the name! :) Unfortunately, that's the only picture I got before the camera battery died, and the sun went bye bye before I had another chance to take pictures! It's a good representation of the color, and by now you must know what the bottle looks like. I just noticed that this one didn't have a bow though. Hmm. Only standard Paint Pot without a bow so far. Maybe the world did end today and now I've entered an alternate world that does not permit bows! :) Hehehe! I've been in a really strange mood today. :) After all, it's almost Christmas!!! :) Annnyyyyway, on to yesterday....
"Magic Carpet" is a beautiful glitter! I am not sure that another similar shade exists. If you know of one, let me know. It is a clear base with chunky purplish-magenta-y glitter. I really love it!!! I used 2 coats and, even with one coat, it gives a pretty good coating of colored glitter. The difference in intensity between the index finger to the pinky is just from the lighting, and it is most like the index finger in person. It does have a tiny bit of that weird smell again - just a subtle whiff of it. I guess anything that contains glitter from Ciaté has that scent. It disappears when it dries, but can be annoying, or downright disgusting, depending on how strong it is. But "Magic Carpet" is worth any stink because it's so pretty! :) Ok, not any stink, but you get my point.
Hope you've had a wonderful day and I will be scrapping glitter off my nails 'til morning! :) Until tomorrow....
