It is “Amazing Gracie” which is a pretty winter white crème with a hint of pink. It’s a really nice neutral, and hopefully it’s not a real pain like many pale shades often are. I will find out shortly!
It’s not a color I would normally choose, which is part of the reason I love these sets! J Now I have to try it and I may find a brand new shade to love!
It's a tiny bit blurry to accent "Snow Globe" on my ring finger
As for the first two days, “Boudoir” is amazingly shiny and a gorgeous perfect red. I used two coats and had no trouble. “Snow Globe is pretty as well (there are 2 coats on my ring finger), but it’s a bit difficult to apply the iridescent flakes. Like many polishes with chunkier pieces, you kind of need to make sure there are bits on the brush and then move them around. It’s also a bit too texturized for me, but it’s not a huge deal. A good topcoat would help, but both shades are so glossy that I didn’t add one! Also, last year the Ciate glitters in this kit smelled like burning plastic and were rather thick, but they seem to have remedied that this year if “Snow Globe” is any indication.
That’s it for today’s polishes and I hope to see you back again tomorrow! J
Oh, yeah, if you would like to get your own Advent Calendar, I believe they are still available from Sephora, which is the edition I have (I think they have 2 or 3 versions this year!).
