Slight discontentment with this cup of Piccolo. Then again, I prefer less acidic cup of coffee. So to coffee lovers that prefer higher acidity, this will be perfect for you. Cheers ~

From the flyer at the counter, the Nitro Black Matter looked really delicious and refreshing. AND!!! almost identical to a pint of Guinness Draught!! Verdict? It actually tasted like one, a diluted draft of Guinness. The experience of consuming one, was unique too.

Chye Seng Huat Hardware is Papa Palheta's new establishment- it houses the Roastery, the CSHH Coffee Bar and the C-PlatForm.Established in 1950, the original name of the hardware store was Keat Seng Metals. The founder Leon Foo came up with the new name Chye Seng Huat Hardware that was launched in August 2012. For first timers to this cafe, it appears that the shutters to the premise is always closed, but don't worry.. use the side doors to get in.
Other than espresso based and filtered coffees, CSHH also offers excellent cold brews. Coffees are preserved in dark small bottles, preventing sun light from damaging the content. They even have Guinness-look-alike coffee from tap for coffee drinkers who need an "alcoholic kick". 
I love their interior and exterior. A mixture of modern and olden times.
