trifle recipe without sugar is really a challenging one ,so i took that kinda recipe for this month secretly cooking challenge and the theme for us is Valentine's theme.So want to make it simple and also yummy without much sugar ,i decided to go with chocolate yogurt trifle as the sweetness from the melted chocolate ,digestive biscuits and cherries is enough for making this as sweet treat.

For me in cooking,if you ask which one is your most favorite task,obviously dessert making.I enjoy making desserts especially no bake no cook one,which is easy to assemble and you can able to collect so many ideas from multiple ingredients available in your pantry.This time for the challenge +Rafeeda AR gave two ingredients yogurt and chocolate.Intially i got no idea for making anything and then after seeing some left over biscuits in my pantry,made this yummy trifle.

After months,we are doing this challenge and this is quite interesting to participate and also we got some interest in blogging.Yes,for the past few days,am hesitate to blog,dont konw why?it seems little boring for me,so posting two recipes per week.planned to take little break,at that time the members asked for the challenge in facebook group and i immediately said ok and now it seems more interesting and we are busy in deciding our next theme.I don't blog,when i felt boring or something lazy kinda thing happening when you are posting recipes.So i did not click any recipes or saving recipes or no planning i past few weeks.This was the only recipe,i made it last week and saved it.

coming to the recipe,the recipe is so simple and also easy to make in minutes.You can use any kinda chocolate chips or even use caramel or butterscotch ones for different flavors.

cherries are added for extra flavor and also i did not have any fresh fruits in refrigerator at that time.so used my cherries which i bought for making black forest trifle.

This is fully a chocolaty treat involving chocolate ,chocolate chips,chocolate syrup in it and no need to feel guilt.One dessert in a month doesnt increase your calories,right?prepare it and enjoy with your loved ones.lets move on making recipes.,

chocolate trifle with yogurt and glazed cherries

• chocolate ,grated - 1 cup
• yogurt - 1 cup
• digestive biscuits
• glazed cherries
• chocolate chips
• chocolate syrup

Instructions

1. Melt the grated chocolate in double boiler until it gives a glossy texture.cool it completely.
   
2. Take the yogurt and drain the excess water content using muslin cloth.
3. Take the hung curd in a bowl and add the melted chocolate and then whip it evenly.
4. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.Meanwhile chop the cherries and keep it ready.
5. Take a serving glass or bowl,first layer the chocolate yogurt and then layer it with crushed digestive biscuits.
6. Then layer it with cherries and chocolate chips.Repeat it till the neck of the serving dish.
7. finally level it with chocolate syrup and garnish it with chocolate chips.Refrigerate it and serve.
