Chocolate Popovers #Choctoberfest

Popovers have never been easier than with this simple recipe.

Welcome to Chocotoberfest! Today I decided to make chocolate popovers. Chocolate Popovers

Ingredients:

3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa
3 tablespoons Imperial Sugar
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Whisk the flourand cocoa together. Add the milk, oil, salt and eggs. Whisk well. Spray your muffin tins with Pam or brush with butter. Place tin in the oven for 10 minutes.
Pour batter into hot muffin tins, filling each 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 30 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN door until cooking time is finished.
