We were recently sent two new pans from the Ceracraft range at JML; the Chrome and Cranberry 20cm pan and the Chrome and Black 28cm pan.

Ceracraft Pans from JML About Ceracraft Pans

The Ceracraft pans come in a variety of sizes and colours. The colours available are Cherry Red, Lime Green, Aubergine, Lemon, Chrome and Black and Chrome and Cranberry. They come in three sizes from 20cm to 28cm.

The pans have a ceramic coated cooking surface for non-stick cooking. The surface of the pans is also PTFE free and scratch resistant.

The pans are oven safe up to 150 degrees Celsius and have an ergonomic easy grip handle together with a durable forged aluminium with stainless steel plate base.

Before first use it is recommended that you wash them, rub oil into the pan with some kitchen paper then warm on the hob before washing again and using.

What did we think?

When the pans arrived I was very impressed with the quality. They feel like very hardwearing pans but are not overly heavy.

The pans are a great size. The 20cm pan is perfect for all those little jobs such as frying a couple of slices of bacon or eggs and the 28cm pan I have been using for everything! It is the perfect size to cook something like a curry or risotto in for the four of us.

I have been using very little oil in the pans and have been impressed with just how non stick they are. So far nothing I have cooked in the pans has stuck at all and they have been incredibly easy to wipe clean.

I really like the fact they come in different colours. We struggle for cupboard space so often have a pan or two out on the hob so it is great they match the kitchen rather than just being plain old black.

The RRP for these pans ranges from £19.99 for the smallest up to £29.99 for the largest which I think is very reasonable for such good quality, non stick pans.

They will definitely be coming in very handy for Pancake day!
