I hope all of you are having a wonderful Christmas. Today I will be talking about the Balala Cats Wink Nutritious Lip Gloss from the Born Pretty Store in shades #07 and #12. First, ten out of ten for the super cute packaging. This packaging is supposed to be a knockoff of the Tony Moly Cat Wink Lip Gloss, but the only thing that is different is the color of the cap. The Tony Moly one has a baby pink cap, while this one has a black cap.
#07 is a nice festive red that has a very opaque color when applied. #12 is a warm hot pink color that is not opaque as the red, so I applied a second layer and got the opacity I wanted.
The formula is very fluid meaning that it slides around and feathers out. I made sure to use a nice lip liner to ensure a very nice base and to stop the the lip gloss from feathering. It is hard to apply because it just so fluid, so I like to go in with my lip brush to even out the lines. It lasts for around four hours without eating/drinking because it is a lipgloss.
Overall, I think these lip glosses are a great purchase. They cost $6.65 and come in twelve different shades. I really think these are great gifts for friends who like cute things and like lip gloss. I am thinking of buying these for my friends Sana and Reem, who will die because of the cute cat theme. You can also find lipsticks and mascara with the same cat packaging on Born Pretty website.
