Capricorn Rising - Your Month Ahead – November 2012
For those of you with Capricorn rising, the Sun is passing through your 11th house of friends, groups and associations. This is a time when friends and groups you are part of can help to solidify your hopes and dreams a little. You may be dealing or cooperating with groups of people or maybe companies - this is a time for networking and getting in touch with people and considering if you are truly achieving all the goals that you want to out of your life. With Saturn also moving in your 11th house you will be trying to gain influence within these circles, but it wont be easy to achieve. Mercury is moving backwards in into your 11th house in retrograde, so for most of the month, so you may question people’s motives or their actions and how they benefit you. Your own self-confidence may be hit if you can’t find the right answers to these matters, or if your ambitions are thwarted or blocked. This may be especially the case as Mercury squares Neptune on 12th. One day later on the 13th, a new Moon (also a solar eclipse) occurs in Scorpio in your 11th house, and what happens now could clear a path for you to achieve your goals.
Venus is to be found in your 10th house in November, so relationships with your father and with men in general should be good and cordial. Any work projects you are doing could have successful outcomes and you may feel more popular in your place of work than you have been in some time. This is especially valid around the 9th of the month, as Venus makes a lucky trine to Jupiter in your 6th house of everyday work and health. Venus opposes Uranus and squares Pluto between the 1st and 3rd of November causing tension with other family members including possibly your mother. These tensions may spin out of control over issues of control, independence or freedom of some type.
Mars is traversing your 12th house for the initial fortnight of November. This can be a hugely frustrating time when all of your efforts in trying to get things done and complete seem to be blocked, and maybe someone is actually working behind the scenes against you. Your best bet now is to work on your own if at all possible so that you can have some control over your output. As Mars crosses over into Capricorn on 17th, you will find that those blockages will be released and you will be more able to get personal tasks completed. However Mars then encounters the Uranus Pluto square between the 23rd and 27th. This could be a very difficult period with regard to home and family matters and a lot of pent up emotion, frustration and anger could be released now.
The Lunar Eclipse in Gemini on the 28th is in your 6th house conjunct to Jupiter. This bodes well for relations with work colleagues and some information or news could come out from them that may free you up a little and make you feel a bit better. This is a time when you can also focus on your health and wellbeing, and you may sense it is time to get a little more in shape. The problem is, what type of exercise or health regime should you go for? A diet, aerobics, gym, swimming, yoga; so many choices but which one will be right for you?
