Over the past couple of weeks I have been receiving some lovely Christmas items that are really making me want to get out the tree already!

First up I received two really cute tree decorations from the new Christmas range at Oxfam.  It was only a couple of years ago I realised that Oxfam sold new items as well as the second hand charity items and I happened to notice their Christmas items last year which were very nice.

A lot of the products sold help to support small-scale farmers and social enterprises and use sustainable materials in order to help reduce the impact to the environment.

Now I have children I do like to decorate the tree with more ‘fun’ decorations and the Oxfam range is just the kind of thing I would go for.

In the range they have a Lion, Penguin, Reindeer and Robin…

We received both the Reindeer and the Robin.  I am really impressed with the look and quality of the decorations.  Priced at £4.99 each I do think they are more expensive than other decorations of this nature, however, because you are also giving money to a good cause I do think the extra is worth it.  As well as purchasing them to put on our tree I would also consider buying them as little stocking fillers too.

Overall I am really impressed with the Christmas decoration selection available at Oxfam and, if you are not into the ‘cute’ decorations they also do a range of more grown up items too for the same price.  I think it is definitely worth checking them out if you are looking for something new and different to decorate your tree this festive season.
