Butt After Baby

Posted on the 07 March 2016 by Dave Nevue

I am very happy to have recovered my flat and strong stomach after my latest pregnancy, but when you have accomplished something the satisfaction only lasts for a short while, so you move on to the next thing that needs improvement, don't you? Isn't that stupid? You should be able to feel happy and content for more than a moment, one could think, but again we're not men...

Anyway, I have always had a rather small butt, but after my latest pregnancy it's not only small, it's so flat and it hangs : ( So lately I have been occupied with trying to rebuild it. But it's so difficult. Before I could go running a couple of times a week and it used to put my butt right back in place, but now that's just not enough. Therefore I'm determined to build muscles to push it up where it's suppose to be, but, as I already said, it's really hard work. I have been doing a lot of squats, lunges and leg press but I have also discovered a perfect way to combine fat burning cardio with project butt enhancement, treadmill incline power walk. I walk as fast as I can without running for about 40 minutes using 12-15 % incline. It's so effective! I get to sweat, feel the burn in my buttocks and I get to listen to my favorite podcast at the same time. It just makes me so happy! That will be my exercise tips of the day, treadmill incline power walk!
