Trust me when I say I am currently buying scents just for the heck of, because I wanted to, because I had to spend on something. But this is also true that i just love fragrances and I can definitely splurge on them without thinking twice.
So, Parcos Store at DLF Mall of India, NOIDA caught my eyes while I was heading to H&M and I came back to know what all it has stored for me. I tried a few brands - Burberry (duh!), Lacoste, Ralph Lauren and Armani are some that I know I am going back to for more.

I have always wanted to own Burberry deodorant to be specific because of one of my friends who I shared my PG with. She was older to me and could afford, and I could not even think of spending 700 bucks on a deo. However, it just stuck that i want to own it too. Not only this but I tried all stores like Shopper Stop, Lifestyle etc (I didn't try Sephora!) and couldn't find Burberry. Probably, these two reasons compelled me to buy "Weekend" right away because Burberry Brit was not available which was my first choice.Anyhoo, the first spray is too strong and sort of citrusy, but it starts settling down quickly to make middle notes of Rose Hip and Mandarin followed by base notes of sandal and sage. According to Fragrantica ( that I always refer to understand notes) lists more but I find a combination of these notes I mentioned more. I would say, I can't stand the scent at first but when it settles, I just fall in love with. I also wear it when I meditate, I really dunno why! May be because it has something that catches the senses and I totally agree when it becomes your signature scent.
What I am really, really impressed with is it stays all day long as everybody speaks. All.Day.Long.
It burns less, but it does. It has alcohol!
If there is one thing I'd like to say about it is that it is true fall scent. I definitely want to see how the perfume really smells and if there is any difference between the scents of two.

Burberry is a high-end brand so I did not expect any less (consideringwhen I last saw someone buying a Burberry Deodorant back in 2006 it was priced at Rs.700).To Buy Or Not To Buy
