Bulletproof Breakfast Smoothie2 scoops PaleoMeal

1 cup of ice cubes

1 cup of cold coffee

2 tbsp grass-fed Kerrygold butter

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and frothy.  Serve in a glass or stainless steel drinking vessel.  Packed with foods-based nutrients including raw grass-fed whey protein and L-glutamine for muscle recovery, B vitamins for energy, phosphatidylcholine for brain function, lactoferrin for superhuman immunity, and CLA for fat-burning, this high fat, sugar-free smoothie will give you energy to get through your morning until lunchtime.  You won’t need to eat 30 bananas a day like a gorilla, and low blood sugar spells won’t cause you to be tempted devour your friends.
