This Buffalo Ranch Crack Bread is full of cheesy goodness. Each pull apart piece is bursting with Buffalo Ranch flavor. It is addictively delicious!
Why do they call this Crack Bread? Is it because it is so addictive and delicious? Perhaps they call it Crack Bread from the many cracks that allow you to stuff delicious cheesy Buffalo Ranch goodness into it? All I know is this bread is so addictive, I could not stop pulling those luscious pieces of bread off and eating them one by one. It was so crunch and buttery and ranchy.
Wait, is ranchy even a word?
No?
Well, I just made it one.
Anyway, before I knew it, half the bread was gone. I would like to say others helped out, but I was in the house alone.
I am not sure why they call it crack bread.
I will tell you this, both answers in my opinion are correct.
I have seen a lot of different versions of this floating around on the internet. The recipes are both savory and sweet. I will also bet they are all equally addictive!
Perfect for game day, holiday parties or heck even if you are home alone. Here is how I made it.

Buffalo Ranch Crack Bread
Ingredients:
1 loaf round Artisan bread
1 block (8-12) ounces mozzarella cheese thinly sliced
1 stick butter
4 Tablespoons Moore's Creamy Ranch Buffalo wing sauce
1 bunch scallions ends removed and chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut the loaf length-wise and then width wise. Do not cut all the way to the bottom. Stuff the bread with the cheese.
In a medium bowl melt butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add Moore's Creamy Ranch Buffalo Wing sauce and scallions. Stir to combine.
Brush Buffalo mixture all over bread. Make sure it gets in all the "cracks" real good.
Tent the bread with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
Peace Be with you,
Veronica
