One of the readers requested to do kids lunch box ideas through facebook page and here i am starting that one and hope it will get better response and after researching(yes,it is),because in our home all are grown,so i asked aunts and uncles about their kids about what they like and they didn't.So as far as i know my aloo paratha is a big hit among the kids in our family,so i am posting the paratha recipe using broccoli here and this is the season for broccoli here and i bought last week and tried this one twice in home.V says it is tastes good and i tried sambar with broccoli too and i will post that soon here.
Broccoli is a wonderful one and i want to make 65 recipe from this one and i skipped that due to the season.Its already summer and i little bit hesitate to do fried ones in home and now taking food with less spicy one and no chill ones directly from refrigerator.If you are serving desserts or frozen ones from refrigerator ,take them out before 15 minutes and then serve.Am doing like this only and popsicles are the exceptional one here.lets move on making the recipe,
broccoli paratha
paratha recipe using broccoli
- Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
- water - as needed
- broccoli,separated into florets - 1 cup
- cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- chat masala - a pinch
- onion - 1 finely chopped
- salt - to taste
- oil/ghee - as needed
- Then add the broccoli which we grind before and saute it till the raw smell leaves.Now add red chilli powder and chat masala to it along with salt and mix it quickly.Drizzle little water to combine everything.Once it combined and dried,switch off the flame and wait till it came to room temperature.
