The weather is changing and it feels great. What is it about warmer days that just make you feel like you can take over the world? Well whatever it is, I love it. The first warm day of this year, I was determined to leave my jacket at home and break out the bright white sneakers. Of course, the sneaker of choice were my pair of Stan Smith by Adidas. I noticed that some high-end brands are making "knock-off" versions of these sneakers but let me tell you, nothing compares to these babies. When I told my Uncle that I was going to buy a pair of Stan Smiths', the first thing that he said to me was "your Dad use to wear those back in the days". I could have cried. My Dad passed away when I was a little girl so I don't know much about him. I mean, only what my family has told me and how much I'm like him. I wanted to buy them even more that point. It's a weird feeling sometimes when you find a connection to someone that you technically never met. I felt like that was a piece of my Dad I could hold on to. Weird right? Maybe- but it made sense to me.

Well let's get back to the my look, shall we? I was easy breezy with my look. I wore the most comfortable sweatshirt which I got from the Fauxgerty Event this past NYFW. High-waisted skinny jeans are always my "go to" choice. I mean, they make me feel so slim! We (my bf and I) went to Riverside Park, which is in upper Manhattan. You would think being from NY, I would have visited this park a few times BUT no, I've never been there. The location was very pretty and perfect for my look. I almost feel like with all the gray, I blended it! Check out my look!
