Sometime back there was a sale on MedplusBeauty.com and when i saw Bourjois, i had to pick few nailpolishes. But then i was already late in checking out and most of the polishes and other products from Bourjois were sold out. But i did manage to grab this one for something less than 400 R back then which normally retails for 470 R on slassy.com currently.Well coming back, this is one of the loveliest pinks i have ever laid my hands on!! Believe me the name stands true to the color and so far this is the best pink polish i have got in my stash at the moment!Here's the swatches ~
I wore this polish again for my B-Day (read about the same here) going little matchy with my tote *.*
What i Like
- Beautiful color
- Brush is very wide and covers nail in one single stroke/swipe
- Gel finish formula which gives an opaque finish in single coat
- Glossy finish, needs no top coat (but as a ritual i always use top coat for that extra longevity of the polish)
- Brush handle is long to give a good grip which is infact very comfortable applying polish
What i don't Like
- It didn't dry in 1 min too for me, its supposed to be a quick dry formula with drying time 1 second.
- The Glossy finish got smudged a bit during the day; and end of it I could see fine lines and prints over the well dried polish too (i don't use Seche Vite, maybe that would help)
- Bit Pricey (470 R on Slassy.com)
- Availability is the issue (mostly found online only)
So what do you think of this polish?? Worth the money??As for me am still in second thoughts, before i reject it totally i want to give a try with another one !! Just hoping this particular bottle is weird in not drying quick ... lol *.*
Other than that color is real gorgeous!!!
