A teeny weeny bite?
The cup cakes are eggless Red Velvet topped with a low fat whipped cream and hung curd frosting .
Soft and like velvet ,with a little cocoa and a kiss of coffee, and the tangy smooch of the soft cheese and whipped cream frosting.
The Pineapple Cake is a genoise filled with pineapple bits and frosted with whipped cream and lovely color sprinkles.
The humidity killed the sprinkles.
The cupcakes survived the onslaught of football crazy teenage boys who took a chance with an oven mitten and a butter knife...so the red velvet cakes were crumbling...and I used the crumbs to make a dessert.
The last bit is the desi Indian version of a cuppie.
Motichoor laddoo( from Jalandhar's very famous Lovely Sweets) topped with tangy whipped cream and hung cream frosting.
Awesome.
All of this baking with a vengeance was because the courier delivered me this huge box of borosil bake and Serve dishea from across my fence.

Well, he reached the wrong side of the house and parked there and refused to drive half a km to my doorstep so I climbed my wall and collected the package and waddled through hubby dear's veggie patch back to my kitchen.
The carton was loaded with bubble wrap and my dishes, so I had to bake...
This pineapple genoise is my favorite, light and tangy and creamy. ..
The cake sits on my fluted pie dish and the new mixing bowl.
And I keep experimenting with my red velvet cakes, to try the easiest and the softest cupcakes.These are very much there.
