A little while ago the Little A’s were sent a new book to review from Parragon books.
Three Little Dinosaurs, written by Charles Fuge, is a lovely story about three dinosaurs called Scratch, Lofty and Sniff who are determined to find out if dinosaurs can fly. After trying, but failing, the dinosaurs meet Terry Dactyl who gives them a helping hand…
The book is a nicely written, easy to read story that kept both of the Little A’s entertained throughout. The book is also really nicely illustrated with plenty of bright, colourful pictures to look at and explore.
It is the perfect length for a bedtime story and both of the Little A’s enjoyed it very much, although I would say, at 5, Little Mr A is possibly becoming a little too old for it, however, he did still sit and enjoy it. He is also now able to read this book to himself and had great fun doing different voices for the different dinosaurs.
The RRP for this book is £5.99 which I think is good value for money and in keeping with other books of this nature.
