I’m not sure about any of you, but I’m already starting to make plans for a better and closer walk with Jesus in 2019. The first thing I plan to do is to make a better connection with the Word itself. In other words, I am going to follow a Bible reading plan. Next, I plan to use a journal to help me deepen this journey. Today’s post is about three possible journals you can use to help in your walk as well. I’ll share about each of them separately:

My thoughts: Every one of these three journals are very pretty and well made. I love the style, the colors, and especially the way there’s an elastic band attached to hold the book closed and could also be used to mark a page keeping you focused on the page you are on. There’s also a nice coordinating ribbon bookmark.
Each of these devotional journals has inspirational thoughts on the top half of the pages and then an area for your journal entry at the bottom. They have a page for each day of the year, including one February 29. The beauty is that there’s no marking o the day o week or the year, so you can use them whenever you want.
I’ll be honest too, folks. I’ve barely dug into these journals. In fact, I believe I’ve selected one for my own use and I’m going to make the other two gifts for a sweet young couple I know who are getting married. A perfect way to start out their marriage, don’t you think?
