What can you say about, Phil Jackson he has won 11 titles and coached some of the greatest players in NBA history, including Micheal Jordan, Scottie Pippen, as well as Shaquille O'neal, and Kobe Bryant. But, one thing that Phil Jackson loves to do is give a good comment ever now and then and Tuesday night was no different. When asked about crying in the NBA Phil Jackson replied "This is the NBA: No Boys Allowed. Big boys don't cry. But, if you're going to do it, do it in the toilet where no one can see".
I agree with him in a way that Big Boys don't cry but, ever now and then it helps to get a good cry. But, if your going to do it at least do it so know one knows about it. This just shows that Miami's mental toughness is not that great if you have players in your locker room can't deal with adversity.
Earlier this season he also questioned Eric Spoelstra Job security after a 8-6 start. maybe he was on to something as again recently their has been talks about his job security are in question. We will see again tonight as Miami takes on the Portland Trailblazer.
