“You know, I am not a review or skeptic writer and I know many review sites on the Internet though I never paid attention to most of them unless they offer genuine reviews without bias. One of the best qualities of the Bids By Pros is that you get recommendation directly from people you trust. While ago, as a member of Bids By Pros, I posted a project stating my need for a good vet and caring animal hospital. I then shared it with my friends and family via Facebook and many other social networking channels.

I am extremely glad to see how wonderful this community worked and how perfectly introduced me to the best animal hospital in Boca Raton Florida. Sometimes, even as an active member of an organization, one could doubt and forget the measure of the benefit the organization offers to the customers. But today, after testing the process of getting recommendation from friends and family theory, which is the heart of what Bids By Pros offers, I am certain and proud to be part of such great community.

We live in a society, where competition and growth of capital took over the reality of customer service and its authenticity. We walk in as a customer inside many businesses, large or small, expecting the routine void of interaction and lack of service. Yet there are handful of local businesses that kept the pride of ownership and honor the true meaning of customer service even beyond what we all have forgotten once existed.

Among these jewels and worthy services is Central Animal Hospital located in Boca Raton, Florida. I was recommended by a friend to take my dog and have his yearly examination done by this place. I am extremely cautious and vulnerable when it comes to my little 7lb Yorkshire terrier. So hesitantly I walked in and wanted to check out the place.

The receptionist greeted me at the first hello with a charming tone as she was looking after another dog owner. Although she was busy with many paper works and phone calls calmly answered all my questions and confidently invited me to view their offices and operating rooms. After viewing without any hesitation I made my appointment.

First impressions:

- Excellent greeting and making everyone welcome as they already know who you are

- Confidence to show me the backrooms without any appointment, proving their cleanliness.

- Extra clean, no odor and very organized.

- Seeing Dr. Stetzer’s personal art and photography on the wall, gave it a homey and cozy feeling.

- All my concerns and questions were comfortably and patiently answered with no rush.

My appointment was at 3 pm today. I walked in with my dog and again the same main receptionist, greeted us and remembered my dog’s name. She confirmed all the information and without any delays we were directed in the office for his yearly exams. As my first impression, every room and office was extremely clean and organized.

We waited in the office until the doctor came in with his assistant. It was my first time and right away he introduces himself kindly asking detailed information about my dog. Amazingly the Doctor sat down on the floor and played with my dog. Carefully examined every detail while playing to make my dog feel comfortable. After all the vaccination and exams, Dr. Stetzer and the assistant clipped my dog’s nails. To my surprise I never have seen a Doctor so humble and kind.

Impressions:

- You know you are in a wonderful place when you just know it.

- Doctor and the assistant both were extremely professional, skilled and knowledgeable.

- All staffs were truly kind, courteous and caring.

- Going above and beyond in striving to make relationship with every patient.

- Very communicative and responsive to all concerns.

- Down to earth, friendly and very charming.

- The perfect meaning to a customer service and genuine care.

Before we left, the receptionist provided us with full papers and excitedly she showed us a file with my dog’s photo before warmly saying goodbyes. On the way out I noticed the Doctor’s own cell phone number, which is a great indication of passion and care for his patients.

Central Animal Hospital is a true example of genuine customer service and a local business that cares for every single person who walks in the door. Central Animal Hospital is located at 73 SW 1st Avenue, Boca Raton. I’m sure you would agree with me that your pet is in the caring hands of professionals.
