A couple of weeks ago I spent a very happy evening with a bunch of other bloggers discovering the delights of Betty Crocker & their range of mixes, icing & sprinkles.
There was cake mixture galore as we conbined a red velvet cake mix with a vanilla cake mix, producing a rather fabulous marble cake.....we created devil's food cake cupcakes topped with green vanilla icing & Christmas holly & snowflakesand finally,we combined a white chocolate chunk cookie mix with chocolate fudge brownie mix to produce the most delicious chewy brownies.
A fun evening was certainly had by all!
My own children love to help me bake & they spent a happy Sunday afternoon recreating some of the cakes we made....the Betty Crocker mixes are super-easy to whip up if you are looking for a quick baking project & their range has such a great variety.
The latest addition to their range is a large tub of vanilla icing & rainbow sprinkles....my children loved these! We have 4 dozen cupcakes to bake & decorate for the school Christmas Fair this Saturday, a visit to the Betty Crocker shelf of my local supermarket is definitely on!Happy Baking!
