Bethel Music Kids, Christmas Party EP! Perfect for the Holidays!!

When I first heard about this album, Bethel Music Kids Christmas Party, I’m almost (yes, just almost) embarrassed to admit I got a little excited.  I knew it would be some fun music that kids could be engaged with and that means that it would probably be full of energy. Now that I’ve listened to it, let me tell you that I was right!! If you have holiday decorations to put up, presents to wrap, shipping packages to handle, house cleaning, cooking, or just about anything that some fun music might help you get through, then this album is for you! I was snapping my fingers, clapping my hands and on occasion, yes, moving my feet right from the start of this album.  Oh, and let’s not forget your kids – they will love this album too, so it could be a great way for the whole family to enjoy some Christmas music together.

The Bethel Music team really knew what they were doing when they put together this project. In case you didn’t notice, the title for this five-song EP includes the word “party” and it helps encourage us to party while we celebrate the birth of Christ our King.

The classics that are recreated with this album include:

Little Drummer Boy (chords and lyrics)

O Come All Ye Faithful (chords and lyrics)

Joy to The World (chords and lyrics)

O Holy Night (chords and lyrics)

O Come O Come Emmanuel (chords and lyrics)

You can pick it up on iTunes HERE!!   On iTunes, they close out the album with a live performance bonus video of the children singing and doing a choreographed dance to “Little Drummer Boy,” which would be so fun to throw up on the TV and watch together.

Dove Award-winning Bethel Music Kids (‪#‎BethelMusicKids) released their Christmas Party EP internationally Nov. 18. The new recording follows their first full-length album and concert film, Come Alive, which launched to the top of the retail charts amidst acclaim when it released Dec. 2015 and went on to receive the GMA Dove Award for “Children’s Music Album of the Year” last month after receiving a trio of nominations.
