Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in Always A Bridesmaid

By Natalieroseanne @clutzyprincess
Morning ladies, how are you all today? I have a quick review of a Benefits Creaseless Cream Shadow today. When I saw the new packaging I thought they looked so much prettier than before, and I knew I had to have one. I browsed the internet for ages deciding on which shade, and I plummeted for the beautiful purple Always A Bridesmaid. I thought I already had some similar shadows for the other ones I was loving for Always A Bridesmaid was the unique shade.Benefit, Creaseless Cream Shadow, Always A Bridesmaid, Benefit, Creaseless Cream Shadow, Always A Bridesmaid, Benefit, Creaseless Cream Shadow, Always A Bridesmaid, Benefit, Creaseless Cream Shadow, Always A Bridesmaid, Benefit, Creaseless Cream Shadow, Always A Bridesmaid, First off, the packaging is comes in is absolutely gorgeous. It is stylish, pretty and definitely one of my favourites out there for cream eye shadows. The shade can be described as a pearly lavender, I actually love the shade. When first applying I was only putting on a little pressure, and to be honest it doesn't apply pigmented enough. I put up on pressure, and sadly made a dent however once I could get more product it applied beautifully and much more pigmented. I think it really needs to be "squashed" to get product to work with. For staying power, I've applied it at 9 am and it is still going strong up for 10 hours later (on me, I have normal to sensitive skin). Only at around the 11 to 12 hour mark would I say it began creasing slightly.I really love this, and it can be used as a based or on it's own. I have to say I think it is a beautiful enough color to really stand on it's on in an eye look, and this is how I've been wearing it.I want to try some more shades, as I've read reviews that this is the least pigmented and so I'd be interested to see how the others fair.Have a beautiful day!Natalie Roseanne <3
