Here’s a great question to start off our week:
Do you let yesterday use up too much of today?
Somewhere I read that most of us spend all of our time either thinking about the past or envisioning the future – and I think it’s true of me in a general sense – how about you?
When I get back from an event – I review the details in my mind seeking to find things I could have done better, things I want to remember and ideas to use or share.
I also spend considerable time thinking about the future – like when I have a presentation – what I want to say, the stories I’ll share and the ideas I want to provide –
This is good to a point – however it means I must devote at least the same amount of time to now – this moment or I’m not living -
How can you focus on the now this week? On the now right now? It’s about living in this moment – which is the only thing you really have any control of – truly – and all things will improve –
Your relationships – being in the now or present with others is the greatest gift you can give –
Your health – you can only make wise choices in the moment you make them
Your finances – you spend or save each moment – right now
Your spirit – being grateful now – for this moment in time and all that surrounds you and that you enjoy now through your senses
Right now – I’m grateful you’re reading this!

Remember you create your day by the way you think! Make it magnificent!
