Although beet juice is not listed as one of super foods, it definitely belongs right on the top list. Beet juice helps with increasing energy level and stamina, reducing blood pressure and cleanses the kidneys, helping with blood flow.
This magical vegetable root, is one of the strongest antioxidants that other than cleansing the blood system, it helps with improving the blood pressure and flow in entire body. As a perfect result, with a healthy blood flowing through the entire body, it increases stamina and is perfect when exercising and working out.
Because of the raw bitter taste, many prefer to cook the beetroot. Although cooking it will deteriorate some of its nitrates and reduce its antioxidant power, but still is helpful and beneficial. But the beet juice has more effect and has more antioxidant and cleansing power.
Although beet juice has a powerful effect and is very healthy for every individual, it is quite important to consume not more than a cup. Since it has strong cleansing power, it comes with feeling nauseous. As well do not be alarm to see the reddish dye in urine and stools.
Beer

There has been a long debate about whether beer is a good remedy for kidney stones. You see that I didn’t mention a kidneys cleanser. Beer in general is associated as a helpful remedy for kidney stones. To respond to the question whether beer is good for kidney’s stone, I’d say yes and no. Beer is diuretic and anything that can help with flow of liquid through the kidney is good. However since beer contains alcohol, if consumed in excess it has a reverse effect and dehydrates. So my answer yes is for moderation in drinking beer.
