The Bears are coming off a tough loss to the Houston Texans and look to rebound without Jay Cutler who is sidelined after having concussion like symptoms.
The 49ers are coming off the first NFL tie in over four years against the St. Louis Rams. They tied at 24 after a 15 minute overtime quarter.
Both teams are trying to gain position on their division and take a firm hold of first. They will rely heavily on their defense to help win this game.
Without Jay Cutler, the Bears will rely on backup Jason Campbell. He came in to the game last week and had solid production but was unable to lead the Bears to a comeback victory.
Bears are in need of a victory to hold the Packers at bay in second place. The Packers travel to face the Lions. Look for the Bears to be hungry during this game.
