Girls seeking sponsors are now advised to prepare two things in advance – a coffin for themselves because death is now almost certain, and handkerchiefs for their relatives to wipe their tears.Kiambu Woman Representative Gathoni Wa Muchoba has come out to warn that some murders could be as a result of sponsors offering girls as human sacrifice.Speaking during a function at Wangige Primary School, Wa Muchoba advised young women from humble backgrounds not to be lured with money and flashy lifestyles.
Be wary of shortcuts in life
The Kiambu Women Rep called on girls avoid taking shortcuts such as dating sponsors for money but instead focus instead on their education.“Let me warn women to be wary of those they associate with in the name of love because they might end up being offered as sacrifices by devil worshippers who do it to get riches. 1 Timothy 6:10 says that, For the love of money is the root of all evils, which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith and pierced themselves through with many sorrows,” said Wa Muchoba.
