Forever on a quest to search for the best Vietnamese drip coffee in Klang Valley and Today!! mark a very important day as I have found the best Cà Phê Sữa Đá in Selangor. Well hidden in a quiet area in Bandar Puteri Puchong, operated by pure Vietnamese, serving authentic food and drinks from their homeland Vietnam. Once here, you will feel that you're in Ho Chi Minh City surrounded with people speaking their first language. I love it here. With a sip of their tea, it transports me back to times when I was working in Tuy Hoa, Vietnam.

Cà Phê Sữa Đá pronounced as ca-fé sue-ah-dah, in English means Iced Coffee with Milk. In this case, it will be Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk and ice. The dark roasted Vietnamese coarse grind coffee is brewed individually in small metal (aluminium / stainless steel) French drip filter in Vietnamese cà phê phin. Once drip is completed, condensed milk and ice are added according to individual's preference.
In Banh Mi Cafe, the taste of their Vietnamese coffee is almost identical to what you can find in Vietnam. Seriously, it's good stuff at only RM4.00. This cafe is operated by Cindy & her brother. They are both from Dong Nai province, east of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
