When I first tried this, it wasn't what I was expecting at all. I had read that it contained oatmeal when researching the product but I didn't realize how grainy this would make the product.
The Balance Me Cleanse & Smooth Face Balm is daily cleansing balm that helps boost your skins natural radiance. It contains Arctic Cludberry which is rich with anti-oxidants, Roman Chamomile, Shea and cocoa butter, rosehip, camellia, kukui nut and virgin coconut oils which all help to remove make up and grime, and leave the skin feeling soft and looking radiant.
The balm is full of essential fatty acids, vitamins and lipids which boosts the skin and makes it great for all skin types, young and mature.
Like I said before this contains oatmeal which gives the skin a slight exfoliation every time you cleanse. I actually find this quite abrassive which has resulted in me using this just 2/3 times of week but that's not to say this isn't a good balm. In fact I really like it but as an exfoliator rather than a cleanser.
It is a fairly thick balm and you can feel the oatmeal in it straight away. It gives a nice massage to the skin when you apply it and it does remove make up well. (I haven't used it one my eyes though) I tend to apply it to dry skin, adding a little bit of water after massaging it in for 30 seconds. I then take a flannel, it comes with a muslin cloth but I prefer a flannel and remove it with warm water.
It leaves you skin feeling so soft and smooth and it really does give your skin a glow.
Overall it is a really lovely product and I would purchase it once it has run out.
