Looking for a party friendly finger food? These sweet and savory bacon chicken bites are full of bacon goodness.
Honestly, I am not sure why I have not posted this before. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, loves this appetizer! Especially my I do not cook friends. Why not? This is so easy to make and tastes so good!
You can serve this with any old dipping sauce, but I prefer to make it stand alone!
Make extra because they will go quick!

Ingredients:
8 boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
18 bacon slices cut in quarters
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a oven proof baking rack in the middle of the baking sheet. In a small bowl combine sugar and chili powder. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and place in a bowl. Wrap each chicken cube with a strip of bacon. Dredge each bacon wrapped chicken piece into the sugar and chili combination. Put coating on as much surface as possible. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until bacon is nice and brown and chicken is done.
