Back To Flat | Journey to a Flatter Tummy!

I know as a teenager (and as a young adult) it is common to often times become self-conscious over our bodies. Whether it be that we do not have thigh-gaps, big butts, or even tan skin (or white skin depending on where you live in the world). It is totally okay not to have these things, but if you want them it is okay to work for them. I have found myself wanting to flatten my stomach because I gained some fat over the year. Making it harder to fit into my high waisted jeans ;_;
It has taken a toll on my self-esteem, not too much thankfully:) It has effected me where I have come to the point I have to do something about it. I have decided to excise a bit more, about two to three times a week. My preferred method is the treadmill, watching a nice tv show! I will also be looking into the fit/detox teas that many companies offer. I am a fan of all teas (hello! my sister works at Teavana). Finally, I will be cutting out fast-food/outside food from my diet. Don't get me wrong, I am all for that 12 lbs. Taco Bell once in awhile, but I found myself getting fast-food like coffee/snacks at least once a week. I came to that conclusion when I was engulfing Chipotle this afternoon.
Obviously I am not looking for rock hard abs by the end of this quest, but being able to reduce my stomach fat. Being the best version of myself is important, but also is not stressing and accepting myself for my body. I want to strive to be healthy without going overboard. Maybe I can do it I know I can do it!
Thanks for reading-XOXO
p.s - I have a little poll going on at the bottom of the page, so if can spare twenty seconds and vote, it be be awesome!
