Thought seen as I am currently curled up on the sofa with obligatory giant mug of hot tea and plate of chocolate digestives - there would be no time more perfect than this to share with you all the wants at the top of my A/W 2012 beauty wishlist! The weather these last few days has been absolutely horrendous, and so all I've been doing is moping around indoors, spending hours lusting over things I can't afford. Le sigh!
I love the deep, rich shades that you can get away with wearing at this time of year, particularly as they're relatively easy to wear when you've got skin as pale and pasty as mine! The Rimmel lipstick featured in my previous post fits into this category and has actually become one of my faves, despite it being a much darker shade than I would normally go for and similarly, I seem to have been gravitating towards darker coloured nail polishes at the moment too.
The new Leighton Denny "Dramatic Collection" - two shades of which are included here - to me, symbolises A/W perfectly what with the golds, purples and glitters that it incorporates. Literally cannot wait to get my hands on "Scarlet" in particular, especially after seeing the lovely Vivianna Does Make Up post a little Instagram snippet of it this morning - beaut'!
