- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 16 small shrimps
- ½ lemon juice
- sauce:
- 150 g cream
- 2 tablespoons horseradish powder
- fine chopped herbs (dill, chives, parsley)
- salt and pepper
- Cut the avocados in half, remove most of the flesh and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
- Peel the shrimp.
- Top each half of the avocado with smoked salmon and the shrimps.
- Prepare the sauce ingredients and serve separately.
- Serve chilled.
