MY TAKE:
I have oily scalp and thin fine hair. I have started to grow out my hair a bit longer than usual. I am currently experimenting with the hair care products that are meant for the long hair. In the quest to find my perfect everyday shampoo/conditioner, I have come across these purple bottles and their package and promises convinced me enough to get them home.
The Aussie Aussome Volume Shampoo shampoo is the best for fine hair as it totally cleanses the hair super clean in just one wash. But at the same time, I feel that it strips off natural oils too. Because I feel it makes my hair squeaky clean that they tend to feel rough if I don't use a conditioner. The smell is divine and I may buy this shampoo again just for the smell. Also, I kind of feel that it is not meant to be used every day but it can surely be used when you have a lot of product buildup on your scalp. I recommend taking the overnight oil treatment before shampooing. Coming to the damage control/hair fall reduction, it didn't help it at all. Also, it does provide volume to my flat hair.
I had high hopes on this one, and I was way too excited to try. As promised, this one made my hair super manageable and extremely silky to touch. It didn't help my hair grow any stronger but yes I loved the after effects.
OVERALL
I am sure that I will be getting the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Strong but I am skeptic about the Aussie Aussome Volume Shampoo as it dried out my scalp real bad. But, yes the weather can't be ignored so I may try this again during summer. I will update this section if I find any more inputs.
