atta halwa which is so easy to make and it will be ready in just few minutes. The recipe originated from Rajasthan and i already posted the recipe with kachori as a combo recipes post - atta ka sheera and pyaz kachori.Thought of making individual post as i did not posted any recipes for past two weeks.

This recipe is so close to my heart as i tried this recipe when i was studying 8th standard.Saw this recipe in DD national where they telecast the weekly cookery show and that time they came with the theme regional cuisines and that week they telecast the Rajasthani cuisine having a snack or appetizer along with main course and finally dessert. That chef who served this halwa in a dessert glass bowl which was so attractive(i think, this too made me into blogging). She garnished the halwa with blanched slivered almonds.

That day was a rainy day and i immediately asked amma that i would make this for you all.amma too encouraged me and gave me only small proportion to try the recipe. So i start to make the dessert and added extra amount of water in sugar and the final product is so gooey and not in halwa state. It was kinda cake batter but everyone appreciated me for the trying.Ok enough of my ramblings and here comes the recipe.,
