As a blogger I often find myself taking fancy at things, which I want to capture on camera. But I don’t always carry my Nikon – one that’s its quite a luggage to carry around and two am always worrying of its safety. Besides, I need convenience! There are times when I am on the run and I need pictures too. So I mostly depend on my phone at such times. While I have no major complaints with my phone camera, there are few things I always wished it had. For instance, I want a high performance auto-focus system that can give a high quality picture as well as an amazing sharpness and shows finest details too.Now we assume we need a high-end, expensive phone for that? Wrong! I came across this phone which gives an amazing picture quality and is great with product pictures. Now isn’t that any blogger’s BFF?
Today am here to share with you why I instantly fell in love with Asus Zenfone 2 Laser -
Signature Feature – Laser Auto-focus
Asus Zenfone 2 Laser is named after its signature feature - laser auto focus for its primary camera. This laser system is definitely faster and more accurate than the other traditional auto-focus systems. Besides, it quickly adjusts even to the slightest movement and focuses on the subject spot on saving time and energy.

That said, the picture quality is amazing and I haven’t spent a lot of time clicking pictures and sorting through to find what I love. Almost all are just perfect with no signs of blurriness. Thanks to the flash and laser, I didn’t need an expensive setup for the pictures too.Unlike other times when I setup the tripod and bring out my Nikon for the picture perfect and sharp pictures; this 13-megapixel camera just did the job without much hassle.

On a side note, as much as this phone seems amazing and great for product pictures and selfies; the auto-focus system is sort of average when it comes to shooting and/or focusing on the distant subjects. It’s not as quick when it comes to distant objects.That said, this phone is a great buy if you are looking for a budget phone but also are keen on high quality pictures that only high-end and expensive phones deliver.
And as for the Lolliflash, am quite impressed. Though I could only try two filters – blue and white; I can say it’s definitely a keeper! Thanks to Instagram, filters are so much fun to use that we all got hooked and now with Asus a professional quality filter is just at finger tips. And what’s best is it’s quite handy to carry around and/or use. On a bright side, Lolliflash is quite compatible even with my current phone – S5. Yes, it doesn’t fit as snugly as it does with Asus but it definitely doesn’t fall off either.
Now, whether you own or want to own ASUS phone, Lolliflash is definitely a keeper. And the best part, it’s available in 5 colors – Red, Blue, Yellow, White and Black. Now we can pick the one that suits our phone color/case.
