Assisted Push-up
* Lie on the floor in a prone position
* Place hands close to the shoulders
* Have knees bent and feet locked together
* Push body up by extending arms
* Keep body straight, do not allow hips to sag
* Keep the body in a straight line from shoulders to knees
* lower back to starting position slowly
* Upper and lower body must be kept straight throughout the exercise
